In cybersecurity, the gap between understanding and actually doing it is everything. I work in the field — research, analysis, system review — then translate that work into Arabic content anyone can follow. That bridge between depth and clarity is the trust I build with institutions and individuals alike.

حيث تتحوّل المعرفة إلى وعي سيبراني Field. Research. Content.

بدأت رحلتي الأكاديمية في الولايات المتحدة بعد حصولي على بعثة متميّزة من وزارة التعليم العالي في دولة الكويت، تُمنح للطلبة المقبولين في عدد محدود من الجامعات المرموقة وفقًا للوائح الاعتماد الأكاديمي الكويتي، وأكملت بكالوريوس هندسة الحاسوب من جامعة ولاية بنسلفانيا. و أواصل دراستي حاليا في ماجستير علوم الحاسوب تخصص دقيق في الأمن السيبراني بجامعة بوسطن، ضمن مسار يجمع بين التأصيل العلمي والتطبيق العملي.

لم تقتصر مسيرتي على الجانب الأكاديمي، بل امتدت إلى العمل البحثي والميداني، حيث شاركت في بحث ممول فيدراليًا بقيمة نصف مليون دولار مع جامعة جونز هوبكنز في مجال الأنظمة الروبوتية المستقلة، وساهمت في ورقة بحثية في استدلال الذكاء الاصطناعي قُدّمت إلى مؤتمر COLM 2026، واكتسبت خبرة عملية من خلال عملي في مركز العمليات الأمنية في شركة نفط الكويت بالتعاون مع Deloitte.

وبالتوازي مع ذلك، أسست منصة cyberbyali@، التي تجاوز عدد متابعيها 135 ألفًا، بهدف تبسيط مفاهيم الأمن السيبراني وتقديمها بأسلوب واضح وقابل للتطبيق. كما تشرفت بالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة، إضافةً إلى صحف رسمية، في مبادرات ومحتوى يهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي السيبراني. وأؤمن بأن القيمة الحقيقية لا تكمن في امتلاك المعرفة فحسب، بل في القدرة على إيصالها وتحويلها إلى وعي عملي يسهم في تعزيز الأمان الرقمي للأفراد والمجتمع. Penn State on a full Kuwaiti government merit scholarship awarded to the top 5% nationally, where I completed my B.S. in Computer Engineering. Now pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science — Cybersecurity at Boston University. Along the way: a $500K federally-funded autonomous-robotics research project with Johns Hopkins, an AI-reasoning paper co-authored with Dr. Wenpeng Yin submitted to COLM 2026, the McKinsey Forward leadership program, a Security Operations Center internship at Kuwait Oil Company via Deloitte, and the @cyberbyali educational platform — now past 135K followers.

1 الحجز والدفع Booking & Payment

  • يتم تأكيد الجلسة بعد استلام كامل قيمة الرسوم مقدمًا. The session is confirmed only after the full fee is received in advance.
  • يتم إرسال رابط الدفع بعد تقديم طلب الحجز. A payment link is sent after the booking request is submitted.
  • لا يتم تثبيت الموعد إلا بعد تأكيد استلام الدفع. The time slot is not locked in until payment is confirmed.
  • الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد قبل الجلسة بأقل من 24 ساعة. Fees are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session.

2 طبيعة الجلسة ونطاقها Nature & Scope of the Session

  • الجلسة ذات طابعٍ استشاري تعليمي، وتهدف إلى تقديم التوجيه العام ومشاركة الخبرة. The session is advisory and educational in nature, aimed at providing general guidance and sharing experience.
  • يتم تخصيص الجلسة لموضوع واحد يُتفق عليه مسبقًا. Each session is dedicated to a single topic agreed upon in advance.
  • مدة الجلسة محددة وتبدأ في الوقت المتفق عليه. The session duration is fixed and begins at the agreed time.
  • لا تشمل الجلسة تنفيذ أعمال أو التدخل المباشر في أنظمة أو حسابات. The session does not include execution of work or direct intervention in systems or accounts.

3 حدود الجلسة Session Boundaries

  • تقتصر الجلسة على الإطار الاستشاري والتعليمي. The session is strictly limited to an advisory and educational framework.
  • لا يتم التطرق إلى مواضيع تتعلق بالوصول غير المصرح به، أو تجاوز الأنظمة الأمنية، أو استرجاع الحسابات. Topics related to unauthorized access, bypassing security systems, or account recovery are not addressed.
  • لا يقدم المستشار أي خدمات تتعلق بالاختراق، أو الفحص الأمني، أو استرجاع الحسابات بأي شكلٍ من الأشكال. The consultant does not provide any services related to hacking, security testing, or account recovery in any form whatsoever.
  • في حال خروج النقاش عن هذا الإطار، يتم توجيهه بما يتناسب مع طبيعة الجلسة. If the discussion strays outside this scope, it will be redirected to fit the nature of the session.

4 الخصوصية والسرية Privacy & Confidentiality

  • تُعد جميع المعلومات المتبادلة خلال الجلسة سريةً بين الطرفين. All information exchanged during the session is treated as confidential between both parties.
  • لا يجوز تسجيل أو نشر أو مشاركة محتوى الجلسة إلا بموافقةٍ خطيةٍ مسبقة. Recording, publishing, or sharing the session content requires prior written consent.

5 إعادة الجدولة والحضور Rescheduling & Attendance

  • يمكن طلب إعادة الجدولة قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من الموعد المحدد. Rescheduling may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • في حال التأخر أو عدم الحضور، يُحتسب الوقت ضمن مدة الجلسة. Late arrival or no-show is counted within the session duration.

6 المسؤولية Liability

  • جميع المعلومات والتوصيات المقدمة خلال الجلسة هي لأغراضٍ تعليميةٍ عامة. All information and recommendations provided during the session are for general educational purposes.
  • تقع المسؤولية الكاملة على العميل في تقييم وتطبيق أي من المعلومات المقدمة. The client bears full responsibility for evaluating and applying any information provided.
  • لا يتحمل المستشار أي مسؤولية قانونية أو عملية عن أي قرارات أو نتائج ناتجة عن استخدام هذه المعلومات. The consultant assumes no legal or practical liability for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of this information.

7 ما بعد الجلسة Post-Session

  • لا تشمل الجلسة أي متابعة لاحقة. The session does not include any subsequent follow-up.
  • يتطلب أي دعمٍ إضافي حجز جلسة جديدة. Any additional support requires booking a new session.

8 القبول Acceptance

  • يُعد إتمام الحجز أو الدفع إقرارًا بالموافقة الكاملة على هذه الشروط والأحكام. Completing the booking or payment constitutes full acknowledgment of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
